Daniela was co-rapporteur of the Franco-German working group on EU institutional reform which both governments mandated to deliver a report on how to get the EU enlargement ready. The report “Sailing on High Seas: Reforming and Enlarging the EU for the 21st Century” was presented to the EU General Affairs Council in September 2023.
